As I grew up, it felt like technology grew up with me. I've been fortunate enough to see both sides of the digital divide.

My tech journey spans over two decades of technical problem solving. Throughout the late 90s and early 2000s, I worked extensively in hands-on computer repair, managing hardware teardowns, operating system deployments, and component optimization. I also spent years working directly on high-volume IT Helpdesks, troubleshooting complex network and system issues for everyday tech users. Back in the late 90s, I taught introductory computer courses to help people take their first steps into email and the internet. Today, I channel that legacy experience into helping modern Windows PC and laptop users navigate today's tech landscape with confidence.

My recent professional focus is centered entirely within advanced technological fields. In my current daily role, I work as an analytical investigator and solutions specialist, designing and writing proprietary software powered by Artificial Intelligence to automate complex data analysis.
